    • Opened or used products, particularly hygiene-sensitive items, cannot be returned.

Returns Due to Errors

  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Wrong Item Received:
    • Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect product. We’ll ensure the correct item is shipped to you.
  • Items Not Received:

Exchanges and Cancellations

  • Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items
